AIA Contract Document A304™–2024 is a form inviting contractors to submit the AIA Contract Document A305®–2020, Contractor’s Qualification Statement. Requesters may use A304-2024 to provide initial project information in support of their request for the A305 form. The A304 allows requesters to provide general information about the project, the intended form of agreement, project delivery method, any prequalification conference associated with the request, submission requirements, and the contractor selection process. Also, while A304 is styled as a request for “contractor’s” qualifications, it can be used to request the A305 from subcontractors and suppliers.
